Bio

Humairaa joined our laboratory as an undergraduate student spring 2024 and was a summer 2024 REU student. She is continuing work in the laboratory alongside Ph.D. student Michele Schmidt to explore ways to modify carminic acid to make it more amenable for waterless dyeing applications.
