Michele Schmidt

Bio

Michele joined our laboratory fall 2022 and is currently a Ph.D. student in Fiber and Polymer Science.  Her dissertation research is focused on the structural modification of anthraquinone dyes for application in supercritical carbon dioxide. Students she has mentored include undergraduate students Rachel Falkowski and Humairaa Zafiruddin and high school student, Sarah El-Shafei.
